POV: it's been a long day and you've been counting the minutes to sink into a warm bubble bath and scroll through your Netflix queue. Ben and Jerry's in one hand, a cool drink in the other, perfectly settled into your "no judgement zone".  One click of the lighter and the stresses of the day start to melt way. I'm convinced it releases endorphins though I have no scientific studies to back it up...yet 😉.  If a good night's sleep were a candle, it would be CALM.
