That's why PROMISE is one of my favorite words. A rainbow in the sky still reminds us of a promise God made generations ago. And the promises He's spoken over your life? Those are worth remembering too.

Light it. Breathe deep. Remember what He's said. Write it down if you need to. Say it out loud. Go back to the words you've tucked away and the prayers you thought you'd forgotten.

His promises are still yes and amen. His plans for you are good. And He is still a good Father who gives good gifts to His children.

You may not be able to see the whole story yet.

But you can still hold on to the Promise.
